My story

When I think back to my psychology studies, there is one moment I will never forget: In a lecture on industrial and organizational psychology, our professor talked about corporate cultures – and how, in secret, they are often more powerful than any strategy.
That’s when I realized: This is exactly where the lever lies to make work better.

It became clear to me early on: Companies that embrace a healthy culture are better able to navigate stressful and uncertain times. They are not only more resilient, but also more innovative, more motivated, and more productive in the long term.

This conviction has stayed with me to this day. As an industrial and organizational psychologist and keynote speaker, I support organizations in creating a culture that not only looks good on PowerPoint slides, but is also tangible in everyday life.

My goal? To create spaces where people feel motivated to give their best. Where innovation isn't a chore, but a natural consequence of lived values.
And in which healthy leadership forms the basis for real organizational success.

Whether on stage, in a workshop, or in direct exchange: I bring together sound knowledge, practical approaches, and a good dose of clarity and humor – so that good intentions become real changes.
